Sync global settings and show admin controls #5
Description
It would be nice if parameters could be updated on the fly. This will require:
- syncing of parameters to all connected clients, as well as to new clients who connect.
- a way for a user to identify as admin user. Spatial.chat just provides admin with a password thats chucked in the URL as get parameter
- UI for the admin to update settings.
For now volume distance function (SOUND_CUTOFF_RANGE and SOUND_NEAR_RANGE), background image would be sufficient.
