Overlay permsion not working it never asks for overlay never

This is a really nice app who ever made it is amazing but overlay permission is not working in it I have tried it on 2 mobiles and its not working please check
Also add ignore battery optimization permission in app if possible

P.S : do you have java version of this app ? I barely know any kotlin
