We should consolidate and improve the readme so installing is easier. Paul's [blog post](http://www.paulnorman.ca/blog/2011/11/loading-a-pgsnapshot-schema-with-a-planet-take-2/) would be a great place to pull more details from. @pnorman should do this :)
