End-User License Agreement (EULA) for "Dummy" Module

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the "Dummy" module ("Module"), developed for the CiSkeleton (CSK) framework.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using this Module, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the "Dummy" module in one CSK-powered project per license purchased. This license is for commercial or personal use, depending on your purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the Module with any framework or application other than CSK.
  • Use the Module on more than one domain/project per license.
  • Distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or share the Module with third parties.
  • Include the Module in open source or public repositories.
  • Modify the Module for resale or reuse in derivative products.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights and copyright in the Module remain solely with Ianhub™. This license does not grant any ownership or intellectual property rights to the Licensee.

4. Updates and Support

Licensees are entitled to receive updates and support for the duration of the support period specified at the time of purchase. Access to updates or modules may be revoked if terms are violated.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must destroy all copies of the Module.

6. No Warranty

The Module is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author is not liable for any damage, loss, or other issues resulting from its use.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Algeria. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Djelfa/Algeria.
