Reworked first chapters

Daystar's Remix of Rationality is widely regarded as doing a better job of opening the book than the original 4 chapters. Could this project include an alternate 1st pdf that uses these?

Totally! I think I copied the PDFs from somewhere, but if you can make a PR with the same format but using the alternate content I'd be happy to merge it.
