make it more clear that this is a neovim plugin, and not a regular lua library

fzf-lua makes it sound like it is a regular library, as someone who use luarocks on the terminal to look for and install lua-libraries, it is quite confusing

perhaps rename it to fzf-lua.nvim

adding ".nvim" seem to be the standard for neovim plugins on luarocks

imagine looking for a library to parse some JSON, finding one, just to find out it uses the fs functions provided by roblox,league of legends, or the computercraft minecraft mod

Unfortuntaely the ship has sailed on this one, it's been 3+ years and I don't intend to change the naming.

More so, recent cahnges actually made it so this can be used in the shell as a standard library using nvim-l which I intend to make more prominent once polished :-)

For exmaple, ctrl-t replacement with icons and hidden/ignore markers:

my issue is that the name makes it sound like I can use it from a regular lua script with local fzf=require("lua-fzf"), so without having neovim installed,

but oh well, luarocks is full of strange things with annoying dependencies

and to be clear, I saw this in the list of recently updated packages on luarocks and I must have read recently added or something because I fully thought this was in its early days of development and that a namechange would be simple

I might have a look at that "nvim-l" thing at some point, the thing with the icons looks pretty cool

Download the repo nvim -l scripts/cli.lua files.

Although configuring the highlights and other customizations might require some neovim and fzf-lua “knowhow”.

I’ll probably add more info regarding zsh integration in #2450.

lux is a new alternative to luarocks, I recently make a simple shim:

then you can use it in cli, it handle dependencies also can use nvim plugin directly in scripting..

lx -v "LUA=./n.lua" --lua-version jit run
lx -v "LUA=./n.lua" --lua-version jit lua src/bot.lua

i believe you can also do the similar thing in luarocks.
