feat: Can ibis databricks implemented using databricks-sql-connector istead of databricks-sql-connector-core #11529

Is your feature request related to a problem?
I am trying to use ibis databricks framework (10.3.1). This has dependency on databricks-sql-connector-core. But this package has no license associated with it. Could the library be implemented using databricks-sql-connector? which is more up to date and faster?

Unable to use ibis-dataframe framework 10.3.1
Describe the solution you'd like
Using databricks-sql-connector as depency to the ibis-databrciks package instead of databricks-sql-connector-core and make the package compatible with python 3.9.20
