Missing `package.json` to run NPM build

Hi there,

in order to follow the steps in this guide..:

refarch-eda/README.md

Lines 11 to 12 in d1effa0

	cd docs
	npm install

I would expect a node project, at least a package.json file in the .docs folder. Would be happy the get some guidance here. Many thx.
