What do you think needs to be updated?

The document says: "From the IBM Cloud console menu bar, click the Help icon Help icon > Support center."

  • The pages does not provide for a Support center menu item on the page as described in the text.
  • Nor does it say how to get to the IBM Cloud console menu bar.

If it requires a log in, it does not provide a way to get help logging in.

Anything else?

Getting help is a maze of help links when seeking help. Perhaps that is by intent. But for me is a barrier to using IBM Cloud. One such need to get help is when I am getting started the IBM id creation fails for any one of several reasons. Logging in using gmail fails. For another example, I received:

BXNIM0710E: Downstream service runtime failure. Reference: dHc0ZnM-11481863831246a99d4a0f01be4dc395 Downstream service 'BSS_USER' caused a runtime failure.

I am blocked from entry. And the support ticket web goes in circles with no starting point to get help.
