What do you think needs to be updated?
For Name, specify the name for the metric that will be used in the long-term index.
Reader will not know what is the "long-term index" and maybe will not understand when he has to use the inserted name value .
Proposal: As far as I understand it, the Name value will be used as metric name that name can be used in the IBM Cloud Observability UI when creating dashboards showing metric samples as graphs or sums.
