While assisting a customer with creating HMAC credentials for their Cloud Object Storage (COS) instance, I attempted to access the IAM documentation via the following link:

However, clicking this link redirects to a blank page or fails to load the expected content. This issue prevents users from accessing guidance on IAM credentials and HMAC key creation.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the above URL in a browser (tested on Chrome and Edge).

Observe that the page either remains blank or fails to load the documentation content.

Impact:
