Misconception between Live and Draft Preview and Web Chat Differences on the UI #27

This is coming from a support CASE CS3772599 where the client noticed that preview acts differently than the web chat interface

To mention the following
What you do in the preview, is not reflected or pushed to the live version inside the webchat integration and should not be confused with publishing a draft to live assistant, draft preview works independently to the webchat live view. Make sure to replicate your changes from draft to live.
