there is no direct way to deploy the Cloud Object Storage package from the IBM Cloud Functions UI

on the README.md Deploy Cloud Object Storage Package with IBM Cloud Console still accurate? There is an Installing from the Cloud Functions UI link in docs. Remove or link to docs?
