Unable to compile go source

Using the latest 9.4.4.1 branch with UBI9, go build is failing. This worked previously with an older source on UBI8 using and older version of GoLang.

This looks like the mq-golang dependency did not compile.
"The package uses cgo to access the MQI C structures and definitions."
If CGO_ENABLED=0, or if there is no C compiler (gcc), Go will build in “no-cgo mode” and omit the files that define the MQI C structures. That would produce the errors you are seeing in your build.
Can you ensure the env var CGO_ENABLED=1 and the CGO toolchain to installed in your builder image.

@Andrew-Lees11 Thank you for the reply. It seems the system was missing the "glibc-devel" package.
