Show source of the content (slack/RSS/etc)

We get information fed into the database from different sources, such as slack, RSS, etc. We'd like to be able to tell what the source is so that we can prioritize accordingly, for example:

• the slack /curate command
• RSS
• manual entry (could be default)

This requires another field in the database:

Then I'd have to alter:

• the RSS feeds so that they pass in source=rss when they call
• the Slack integration so that it passes in source=curate when it calls

It would only apply to data from this change on i.e. older records would not have this field so their source would be unknown.
