stunnel w/elasticache support? #5

Description

@joebowbeer

A naive question: What more is needed to stunnel on demand to an ElastiCache server by way of an EC2 instance? I'm guessing a proxied (ssm-managed) ssh connection may be needed.

If you know the answer, I recommend adding it to your README.

Recipe: Connect to an RDS Database in a Private Subnet from your Workstation — Over HTTPs

Step 8: (Optional) Enable SSH connections through Session Manager
