Add lastLoginDate to User table #255
Description
As proposed at the ICAT schema discussion on Richer Metadata on 18/08/2021, it could be useful to add a lastLoginDate column to the User table which is automatically updated by ICAT each time a user logs in.
The main use case I can imagine for this would be for usage reporting. eg. the number of users who have ever used ICAT, monthly/weekly/daily user numbers etc.
