New to ice cube. How to set up weekly schedule with different times for each day?

I would like to have a schedule where people set default hours for each day of the week. So some could have the same hours MON-FRI, but other people may have different hours for each day SAT-SUN for example. Can someone point me to an example or info on how to do that?
