Feature request : "readeck retrieval" should export highlights before syncing

Hi,

I think my title is very explicit.
But I use this issue opening to thank sincerely the contributors of this plugin. It's a real Phd-studying-game-changer to me !

About the feature I'm asking, it could be very comfy to be able to setting-up the "readeck retrieval" quick-action, because the user could export highlights before the syncing in the same time.

I put this quick-action on a corner long-press, and I would love to customize it !

Hi,

Hum, I saw Readeck published the 0.22.2 release, and it broke all the highlights stuff (but this release is awesome because they added "notes" on highlights !!!) because the html parsing was entirely rebuilt...

So I worked on a version, and it works ! Btw I reworked the "Readeck retrieval" to make it sync the highlights (from all articles) before the retrieval. Maybe it could be a step to #15 feature request ?
