ICED Grant Program aims to kickstart projects that are planned with care by a communicative team. We’d love to see your engagement with the ICE team as we collaborate on your project’s success. Items suggested in this checklist are by no means requirements, but can serve as a guidance and keep your team grounded.
Communication
Folks care about your project and they would love to hear from you frequently. In the web3 space, frequent and transparent communication is quite important.
- Set up a Medium/Telegram/Twitter account
- Set up a Discord server and join the grant applicants on the ICON server in the relevant channel
- Publish one progress update per week on all social media venues
- Publish one milestone update per month on all social media venues
- Share social media updates to relevant hashtags
Networking
- Follow ICON/ICE/DotSama communities on social media venues
- Opt in to receive notifications from our Github repository, and keep up to date with incoming grant applications!
- Network with fellow grant applicants through social media venues
