Add support for rendering emojis with colors [Wpf, .NET 4.8]

I'm not sure if this has been solved or not. I could not find anything online about existing support for rendering emojis with colors.,

It would be great if someone could point me in the direction of implementing this with a custom renderer (if that is even a possibility)?


Still stuck on with the wpf nuget package 6.0.0
