Hide missing reference comments in decompiler output?

RE this closed issue, is there a way to suppress the missing reference errors from decompiler output?

e.g.

//IL_001f: Unknown result type (might be due to invalid IL or missing references)		
//IL_0024: Unknown result type (might be due to invalid IL or missing references)
//IL_0030: Unknown result type (might be due to invalid IL or missing references)

I understand why this is in the output, but in my app I may not have access to all the required assemblies, and frankly nor do I care. My app is trying to provide a quick source view of things on demand.
