I executed command
dotnet run -c Release -f netcoreapp2 -p test/ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.TestBootstrapper/ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.TestBootstrapper.csprojin offline environment, and got the follow errors. It seems that the erros were caused by Internet disconnection. Is there a way to compile SharpZipLib offline, please?
