Setting Providers

I am unable to set any Providers/Trunks. Clicking 'Submit' does nothing. No errors or anything, just nothing happens and refreshing the page all the data disappears, noting is saved. Latest version of ICTFAX on Centos Steam 8

Adding a user is fine, just not any providers.

I have the same issue on Rocky Linux 8. My extensions do not show up on the list once I added more than one either.

I did set apache to use SSL. No other real change from a default install. Haven't had a chance to narrow it down yet.
