Post Install - Test Failed - Ground motion

Hi All,
I had error messages while running the tests especially associated with test:functions/ground_motion_sim.ground_motion_sim:

python/mastodonutils/test.FaultTree .................................................. [PYTHON != 2] SKIP
test:functions/ground_motion_sim.ground_motion_sim ...................................... FAILED (ERRMSG)

Ran 180 tests in 266.8 seconds. Average test time 2.8 seconds, maximum test time 24.3 seconds.
179 passed, 4 skipped, 1 FAILED

To start I have attached the screenshots of the errors I got while running the tests.
I used the mastodon-conda installation process.
