Mastodon Installation - Test Failed (Ground simulation)

Hi,

I have installed Mastodon as per https://mooseframework.inl.gov/mastodon/getting_started/mastodon_conda.html
All test except one fails,

test:functions/ground_motion_sim.ground_motion_sim ...................................... FAILED (ERRMSG)

The ground motion simulator is of interest hence seeking help in resolving this.
I have attached the entire warning encountered while running the test.
