Feature Request

Every time a user searches a term in the news sentiment analyzer. Do the following:

1. Post a tweet on the account @FeelOfTheIssues about the average sentiment of the news now on the topic.
2. Post a tweet on the 'happiest' (a.k.a highest sentiment) story on the topic
3. Post a tweet on the 'saddest' (a.k.a lowest sentiment) story on the topic

Every hour tweet the 'happiest' story of the day and the 'saddest' story of the day of the top headlines.
