What is the best way to retrieve a list of all prefixes

I'm interested in a list of all prefixes for manubot/manubot#218. Essentially a machine-readable version of the table at https://registry.identifiers.org/registry.

It looks like this repo contains a prefix, but isn't updated.

Other options I've found include:

• https://registry.api.identifiers.org/restApi/namespaces
• https://n2t.net/e/cdl_ebi_prefixes.yaml

Do namespaces correspond one-to-one to prefixes?

Any advice on the best location for up-to-date prefix lists?
