Move essentials from dynus to dynus_lite

After you managed to run the dynus simulations on your machine, move only the essential code and scripts to the new repo dynus_lite

Started working these past few days on creating a single repo containing the necessary components to run the base simulation on dynus.

Removed a lot of heavy, useless stuff (gif, videos, meshes..) and the current dimension of the repo should be under 100 MB.
Moved the lighter code to the dynus_lite repository (without touching the actual c++ code), created a new setup.sh and readme for installation instructions. Corrected mistakes I made on the way and installed from scratch to check if the simulation would still work in the new configuration.

Next thing I wanted to do is add a check in the setup.sh for the correct versions of the software needed for the simulation, so that anybody can actually download and use the code pretty easily without having to deal with debugging.

After this I can start looking deeper inside the code and understand what is actually needed and what is not. The setup kkondo used had many other unrelated projects connected, for example champ.

Once I complete the setup, it might be more efficient to open the next issue in dynus_lite.

Great. It is quite interesting to see they use champ. That is to make the quadruped walk.

Let me know when you think I can clone and try compiling / running the lite version of the repo.

With the last commit I added a check in the setup.sh for software version (ros2 humble, Ubuntu 22.04 and gazebo 11)

It should work or at least it should be interesting to see if it does on another pc which is not mine
