Signup pages for the customer

Do we need to make any changes to open the signup or register page locally? I am unable to find that page or open the route manually. and how open enterprise version locally .

to go to signup page first you have to login with this info -> {email - admin@demo.com, password - admin123}
then click on the icon besode profile icon. A popup will open with contact us button it takes you to th elogin, signup page
