HTTP Query Method

Thanks @mnot for the pointer on the proposed HTTP Query method. One other use case for this is also when GET query params cannot be used for query due to privacy guidelines of orgs (e.g. PII sensitive fields, etc.)

1. Do you guys plan to provide example(s) of Accept-Query? Since https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/sql is already IANA listed, it would be nice to provide an example. Or is it deliberately left out? :)
2. Are there any approaches to find out about query grammar and schema from content type? Would those in in registry somewhere?
