MOV videos recorded on iPhone or iPad above 20 or 30MB only sound can be heard (no video)

Hi, sorry this is coming late but what kind of device were you testing this with at the time?

• iPhone?
• iPad?
• Laptop? For this case, what OS were you running?

Also what browser were you testing with?

I test the mov file with encoder Lavf60.4.101 not support by windows's browsers, but encoder version lower Lavf58.45.100 supported
