Fix/modernize travis tests #18
Description
Tests are running in node 0.10. some of the dependencies fail to install on travis or modern OSes. https://github.com/ifwe/infinite-scroll/tree/test-modernization-wip is a broken attempt at updating just the tests.
- It reports that 0/0 tests get run. Before that, it was reporting a Script Error.
- Starting out from something similar and working for karma might be a better approach. This targets older versions of karma, grunt, and grunt helpers.
Low priority since this library doesn't change much.
- An alternate approach might be to get node 0.10 working in a docker image.
