Description
Although, an issue with same title exists, but it different.
I am using colab.
Have followed steps from ReadMe.
Successful Steps
- Have cloned FairMOT
- have installed cython and requirements.txt
- Have cloned [DCNv2_pytorch_1.7] (https://github.com/ifzhang/DCNv2/tree/pytorch_1.7)
- have moved to root dir of above repo
