Always get error.public-api.exceeded-account-historical-data-allowance

No matter what I do I get error.public-api.exceeded-account-historical-data-allowance when trying to get prices, even for only 1 hour of prices, and with num_points set to 10 etc. Here's some example code (copied from online examples):

response = ig_service.fetch_historical_prices_by_epic_and_num_points(epic, resolution, num_points)

My account is old and I haven't used it in years, since before trading-ig existed and I was using the old API request. Not sure if that would make any difference.
