Feature request: compress PNG images without modifying the dimensions

Hello,

I'd like to upload a PNG image on some site, but the image is a bit too heavy for the site requirements, so i have to compress it. But the other problem is another requirement saying that the pic must have a minimal dimensions, and your PNG compression tool reduce them. Is it possible to compress a PNG without reducing the dimensions?
