Should we note Cairn only supports archiving as HTML?

I noticed https://github.com/wabarc/cairn is on the list, but it doesn't support WARC/WACZ. Should that at least be noted in-line?

I think an inline comment would work here. I merged it (#100), and probably should have looked at it in more detail. My bad 😅
