Maximize and minimize issue

Is there an existing solution for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior:

Cannot minimize or maximize window.

Expected Behavior

Minimizing or maximizing window should work.

It's been several updates since this bug appeared and no one is talking about it, I and looking for people who have a basic idea on how to solve it. In case we find a way to solve it, we can make a pull request and hope it is accepted

This behavior is caused by this mitigation, linked to issue #122.

The issue it solves affects many projects using Electron, and it's linked to GPU hardware acceleration on Windows, here's a comment that describes it in more detail: jgraph/drawio-desktop#1909 (comment)

I can see that running VSCode with --disable-gpu does fix the blurry text issue on my end if I disable this mitigation, but there's no easy way to always use this argument, and it's not exposed in VSCode settings either from what I can see.
