Description
We should double check that invalid fdAT or fcTL chunks are handled reasonably. If we've already starting decoding frames past the first, then a fatal error makes sense. But corruption in those chunks (since they're ancillary) probably shouldn't prevent reading the primary image as an non-APNG aware decoder would.
