Specific image can't load, errors with "Cannot export the image"

Issue in Oculante: woelper/oculante#779

A user has reported that a specific tiff image cannot load. I've updated tiff to the latest version locally and this issue still persists.

As far as I can tell from crates.io's description, oculante@0.9.1 depends on tiff = 0.9 whereas the up-to-date version is 0.11. How do you update to the latest version and how do you check that the error still persists? Running the decode example locally on the HEAD of the repository does not produce errors.

Note: the example as written does not output a valid pam. It does not expand 1-bit sample images into their 1-byte-per-sample format required for PAM. That's an unfortunate limitation of the example code but that the implementation of the library seems correct in this case (36824960 bytes to represent a 45181×6520 image is as expected).

I tested on 0.11 locally right before I made this issue, I've pushed this commit at woelper/oculante@d4d8769. I can confirm that running the decode example in this repository doesn't output an error.
