Icons not visible for all the bottom navigations, as well as the selected state not working until you press the navigation items.

Make sure the Font Awesome version matches the icons you're using. For Font Awesome 5, use fas fa-... class names and ensure @fortawesome/fontawesome-free is installed and properly
