mng not on PATH after installation

• I ran the command from the readme to install mng on Linux along with shell completions. It then stated run mng --help, but since it wasn't added to the path, this does nothing. There should be special handling to ensure users are able to run mng --help after installation. I was able to resolve this with source ~/.bashrc, not sure if that would resolve it for everyone.

For context: This was from a base debian vm without uv or really anything else before running the installer.

I also see this when running mng:

/home/andrew/.mng/commands/mng_log.sh: line 43: xxd: command not found -- is this a hidden dependency?
