Support passing authentication data via ENV

This would mitigate some security concern in CI based usage as it would avoid leaking authentication data through persistent files and/or logs. Ideally both a ITB_CLI_REPORTER_BASIC_AUTH and a TB_CLI_REPORTER_USER + TB_CLI_REPORTER_PASSWORD variant should / could be supported
