all bounding box values -1

Hi, I ran your code on a set of dicom images from the osteoarthritis institute. However, all bounding box values came back -1. This may possible be a dependency issue. Do you know which version of tqdm was originally used?

I ran it with the same problem and really don't know what to do instead? I'm looking forward to the author's reply!
