Circuit Confusion

Good afernoon,

I am attempting to recreate your inverted pendulum and have run into a couple circuit problems. The overall set up and wire configuration is difficult to recreate due to a lot of missing information. I was wondering if you had a more comprehensive system diagram, or a visual dictating all the circuits and connections that go in place in order to make the system work.
