remove Travis CI webhook from appropriate repository #222
Description
Old days, we used Travis CI to build bikeshed source into html for gh-pages branch, but we now use spec-prod tool for streamlined publication also for pushing built one to gh-action branch.
Also in some repository, this webhook alerts failure, so I suppose we are better to remove these, where appropriate (e.g. no .travis.yaml exists).
