[Feature]: Option to force exclude albums in iOS

In iOS every picture in the photos app is part of the recent album (camera roll in old version of iOS). Due to this every photo we save or auto downloaded from different apps gets into this album and pollutes the library if we enable auto upload.

Suggestion to solve.

If there is a way to force exclude certain albums and if a picture is part of any of these excluded albums immich mobile client should skip the file. This way we can maintain a clean album without much hassle.
