Folder to Gallery Mapping

Can I set the folder to the gallery? Like creating a gallery called test at immich, there will be a test folder in the server folder. At this time, I manually put photos and videos into the test folder in the background without passing through immich. And then perform a scan, photos and videos will appear in the immich gallery?
At present, I put photos and videos into the gallery in the background, which can't be scanned and displayed in immich.
