[Feature] Support RAW+JPG Pairing

The feature

I would like Immich to support the merging of RAW and JPG files into a single entry in the photo library. For example, when a Canon CR3 file is imported along with its corresponding JPG, only one photo should be displayed instead of two separate entries.

This feature would help users who shoot in RAW+JPG mode to manage their photos more efficiently, reducing clutter and making it easier to browse their library. Ideally, users should be able to select whether to prioritize displaying the RAW or JPG version, or toggle between them.

On the above #2479 thread it worries me a bit that people there are mixing this request with stacking "similar" photos.
RAW+JPEG are not similar, they are the same but in a different processing state.
You might actually think about stacking multiple of these pairs, e.g. the output of a burst shot with the camera producing RAW+JPEG at each shot.
