choose which video to download, encoded or original on phone app

so I'm on my iPhone and see video that i want to share in WhatsApp, but the video is in MPG format, so WhatsApp don't support it,
but Immich server already convert the video and put it also in encoded-video folder, and this Video WhatsApp support, so if i had the ability to choose the encoded video instead of the original MPG file it would be great no?

Surprised this hasn't ben requested already. My use case is slightly different but requires the same functionality.

I publish videos from Lightroom Classic into Immich with a plugin and because the encoding options from Lightroom are extremely limited (and generally pretty bad) I am forced to publish the original video and let Immich encode it. The original videos can sometimes be several gigabytes and 4K or 6K resolution (shot on DSLRs and Mirrorless) and family members who want to download and share those videos definitely do not want something that large resolution or file size wise. Being able to download the encoded version (and ideally being able to make that the default) would be idea.
